Metabolic Effect - This is a 30 minute high intensity class designed to turn your body into a fat burning machine. Feel the burn and push yourself to the max.

TRX Body Blast - Suspension Training workout which is designed to give your whole body a high intensity, strength, core and cardio workout.

Bootcamp Circuits - Full blown circuits class. Come along feel the burn, lose weight, tone up and feel great.

Rip Abs Blast - 30 minute class designed to train your abs using life like movements in order to strengthen your core and keep you injury free. Let’s get ripped!

Pilates - Pilates rebuilds your body through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Practising Pilates will allow you to grow stronger in your back and core muscles. Your balance and flexibility will improve, as will your posture and energy levels. You will feel more relaxed, more aware of your body, and you will improve your general state of well-being, both mentally and physically.

SMRT Core - A workout designed around the revolutionary grid roller. This workout combines massage, time under tension exercises working every muscle in your body especially your core using push, pull and press techniques.

TRX Training Circuit - An hour long class using a combination of suspension training,rip training, body weight exercises,battling ropes and medicine balls to challenge every muscle in your body. This circuit will improve every aspect off your fitness levels and is designed to push you to your limits while burning huge amounts of calories.

Body Balance -   Ideal for anyone. Body Balance is a Les Mills class inspired by yoga that will improve your mind, body and life. A sound track plays as you stretch through a series of Yoga, Thai Chi and Pilates movements. Breathing control is an important part and newcomers will be guided through breathing techniques. You will strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.
