Melissa Piper

Melissa Bio and Quals.

Melissa started out with a career in skiing. She was a successful member of the British Ski Team for 5 years, and a member of the British Children's Ski Team for 4 years. She was also a member of the Scottish Ski team for 12 years, and went to the Youth Olympics at age 16, finishing in the top 30. Sadly, following a run of injuries she was forced to retire half way through the 2011 season.

Melissa's career as an athlete, which spanned more than 10 years, meant that she had the opportunity to train with some of the best fitness coaches, in the best facilities all over the world. Her drive to create a fitness facility, which is affordable, fun, and community orientated, stems directly from this experience.

She has been a Personal Trainer for just over 3 years, and opened the In & Out Fitness Studio in Auchterarder in February 2012. Melissa now has found a new passion in life, passing on her knowledge of fitness training to others.
Her aim is to give back, and to improve people's lives, help local sports people and prove to people that they are able to do anything if they put their mind to it. Her focus is on training people in ways that are fun yet always keep the end goal in mind. That means that her clients get the maximum out of each session and the results they want.
