How does it work?

What will you learn?

You’ll learn essential habits plus how and when to do them.

You’ll learn about nutrition and exercise.

You’ll learn how to take care of numero uno.

You’ll learn about YOU.

Now, here’s what we expect from you.

That you be coach-able. 

That you be willing to at least try.

That you keep showing up.

That you commit to taking action.

That you make the time for yourself and your coaching journey. It won’t be perfect. Ever. Not even close. That’s OK. Just try. You deserve this.

An action-based program information alone isn’t enough. Nor are good intentions, clever ideas, magic plans, or all the YouTube videos or scientific textbooks in the world. You need to do something, consistently, in order to change your body and your habits. Of course, action doesn’t “just happen”. You need a system. A plan. And you need accountability from us, making sure you’re doing what you need to do to get where you want to go.

via Pro-Coach/Text or Phone.

Everyday:

A lesson to read. A habit to do/follow with a yes or know button on your dashboard to say whether you have completed it.

Every week:

You record and measure your progress

Every 2 Weeks:

You get a new habit.

Every month you upload a photo as part of your tracking.
